Cloth online purchases may be returned for exchange or store credit. Full priced unworn merchandise may be exchanged in stores for an item of equal or greater value within 14 days of purchase. All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact. Jewelry and shoes must be returned in original packaging.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shoes without boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.
In Store Pick Up
In-store pickups may take 1-2 days to process. You will be notified when the order is ready. For verification purposes, please bring the credit card used for purchase as well as valid ID when picking up your order.
Cloth uses USPS Priority Mial service for domestic and international delivery. We generally ship within one business day from the time your order is received. Your package must be signed for.
Cloth is unable to re-route packages.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.
Note to international customers
It is possible that tax, customs, and import duties may be levied by your local government. All additional taxes and fees are the customer’s responsibility. Items are shipped from Brooklyn, NY (USA), with a detailed invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars.
